Section 16
Fund of the Corporation
: (1) The Corporation shall have a separate fund of its own. All the income of the corporation will be deposited in the same fund and all expenses will be borne from the same fund.
(2) The corporation shall keep the amount accumulated in its fund in the same bank if there is Nepal Rastra Bank and if there is no Nepal Rastra Bank in the bank designated by the committee. If the corporation's operations need to be funded abroad, it will be deposited in a bank recommended by Nepal Rastra Bank with the approval of the Government of Nepal. Explanation: Bank refers to the bank's branch and department.
